Find your personal leadership style with leadership coaching
Whether you're a new or seasoned leader, finding the right work-life balance can be difficult.
I help you find peace in your leadership role without compromising your own values. When you are at ease in your leadership and stand up for who you are, you can bring all your skills into play.
Through tailor-made coaching, I help you find your balance, develop your personal leadership style and work on your positioning so that you land in your role in a way that feels most right for you. That's also where you can best utilise your strengths and attributes.
Why should you choose me?
I have a structured and systematic approach that ensures we get depth, clarity and concrete results. The structure is designed to strengthen your leadership skills and personal development effectively and meaningfully:
Initial meeting and clarification
We start with a thorough initial conversation where we identify your goals, challenges and wishes as a leader. This forms the basis for our collaboration. If something arises along the way that also needs to be prioritised, we'll incorporate it.
Personal development plan
Based on our conversations, we create a customised development plan that focuses on strengthening your strengths and addressing any areas for improvement.
The starting point is you and your authenticity
The most effective tool I know of for developing an authentic and balanced leadership style lies in utilising the principles and methods of emotional intelligence. All research shows that the more you use it and the more you develop it, the better a leader you become. This means that we'll work on your personal qualities and develop them further. We'll also look at your personality type and your values - both personal and those that apply to your team.
Ongoing feedback and challenges
You'll receive ongoing feedback throughout the programme and you can expect to be challenged on things like your habitual thinking about yourself, others and your abilities. But don't worry - it's all there to empower you. I know this from the feedback I've received from those who came before you.
Implementation and follow-up
Not only are you supported during coaching, but as mentioned above, you're expected to implement your new knowledge and skills in your daily practice. Following up on this is an important element to ensure that there is a development, a change.
My toolbox
I work with around 200 leaders every year through coaching and teaching international leadership courses. This means that I have a large and effective box of tools that I generously share. It also means that you can expect assignments and reflections between sessions where you make use of these tools.
Here are some of my most powerful tools (I have many more) to help you gain the calm, balance and authenticity that makes a great leader.
Motivation
Motivation is something you can actively work with. I'll teach you how.
The Enneagram
The Enneagram is a tool to look at your personality. What are your natural strengths, what are your needs and what should you avoid.
Role clarification
When you know your (many) roles, it's easier to know the expectations for and from you.
Your values
We all have values - consciously or unconsciously. Your values make it clear what is important to you. It makes decisions easier.
Stress management
There are so many conflicting demands on today's leaders. This causes stress. I'm a trained stress coach and can help. (read more)
How does it work?
-
The way it works is that you start by calling or writing to me. Then we have a non-binding conversation to find out if I can help you and if you trust that I can.
-
I then make you an offer based on what we've discussed. I have several customers in long-term programmes, because that gives the best results and the best assurance that you actually achieve the change you want. Most of them have their employer pay for it.
-
We can meet physically at my office, at your office (there is of course an additional charge for transport and time spent), or online where I have most of my customers. Or a combination. We'll figure it out.
-
Our conversations typically take about an hour. Sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more. I only interrupt the call if I know someone else is waiting and I always leave buffer time between my appointments.
-
The change happens BETWEEN our conversations, which also means that you're welcome to reach out to me between our appointments if you have an urgent challenge. We can usually find a quick solution.
-
The programme is about you and we'll tailor it to suit you. Sometimes we might speak quickly a couple of times a week - other times we may meet only every 3-4 weeks. It all depends on you. However, I would recommend that we talk every two weeks or so in the beginning.

Of course all our conversations are confidential
